I'm going to wicked jinx myself even typing this, but life with two kids has thus far been pretty good. Bailey has picked up how to nurse very quickly and easily, particularly compared to what we went through with Beatrix. He's still in the newborn sleep-for-hours stage, except for his morning grumpies/hunger/snacking. But that's OK, as long as he's giving me three and four-hour stretches of sleep at night.
Trixie has even mellowed out her night-wakings to only once or even none. She's moved up to the next class group at school and that seems to be going well -- most of her friends are in there already. She has been very sweet, offering the bottle or paciufier or blanket to "the baby" and though she does have a few moments of "MY Dadda!" and wanting to climb in his lap while he's holding the baby, they are very few.
