Yay! New, sane President! The idiocy of California is the only thing sad about this election, but at least I need not scream obscenities at the TV for the next four years of State of the Union addresses.
Another yay! This one is much more personal, but it is really huge for me. Wednesday at weigh-in, I checked in at 198 pounds, breaking the 200 pound barrier and bringing my loss total to 47.2 pounds. My Leader screamed and jumped up and down and I started crying and it was altogether a big deal. I still get a little choked up thinking about it.
It's possible my eventual Lifetime Goal really could maybe be reachable. Maybe. Maybe by spring, even. It's another 38 pounds away, though. My Grandma would have been so goddamned proud.
Oh yes, time to buy yet more pants.
